Fitness Classes

It can often be hard to motivate yourself to work through your own exercise programme. You may feel lethargic or uninspired to train. This is where a group exercise session can really help you achieve more than a workout on your own. Our classes are taught by qualified, enthusiastic and friendly instructors. They deliver the workouts in a safe and structured way. So why not come along to one of our many different group exercise sessions, or tell a friend about our great membership offers and get them training alongside you in the gym.

 

Class Descriptions
Abs, Back & Core This class focuses on toning the stomach whilst strengthening the lower back.
All Ability Circuits Circuits designed to cover both cardio and resistance exercises to get you fit all over.
Boxercise Box your way through this circuit class covering a variety of cardio and resistance exercises
50+ Mornings These classes are specifically aimed at the 50+ age group. With 45 minutes of aerobics and a choice of badminton, table tennis, tennis or use of the gym.
Kettlercise (course) A great all over toning class using only one piece of equipment. Please contact Allan on 07720448194.
Legs, Bums & Tums (lbt) This very popular class focuses on toning the tums, legs and bums
Pilates A mat based class focusing on strengthening the core and lower back
Pump & Tone A high energy aerobics class with some toning exercises included
Step & Tone An energetic step and toning class aimed at all levels
Aerobics Blast An energetic aerobics class, choreographed to high tempo music. Followed by a toning session.
Super Circuits A high tempo sport circuits session, aimed at those involved in sport, looking to get back into sport or just a keen fitness enthusiast! Ideal for those preparing for the ski season.
Running Club If you’re looking for some motivation and wanr to develop your running, this is just for you! All abilities welcome.
Beg/Int/Adv Spins Cycling to music on our spin bikes using choreographed movements and routines to burn lots of calories and develop your cardio fitness.
