We have new Pilates courses starting this September for all abilities. Pilates is a great way to build strength and improve flexibility throughout the whole body with an emphasis on breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
Tuesdays: 9.15-10.15am, (improvers), 1.45-2.45pm (pre/post natal)
Wednesdays: 10.15-11.15am (improvers), 11.15-12.15pm (beginners)
Thursdays: 9.15-10.15am, 11.15-12.15pm, 6.30-7.30pm (mixed ability)
Fridays: 1.30-2.30pm (pre/post natal)
