Downton Leisure Centre - Abs, Back and Core


    We have new Pilates courses starting in January for all abilities. Pilates is a great way to build strength and improve flexibility throughout the whole body with an emphasis on breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

    Tuesdays: 9.15-10.15am,

    Wednesdays: 10.15-11.15am

    Thursdays: 9.15-10.15am,  6.30-7.30pm
