I’m a keen “aerobic” style instructor and qualified with AOGB in 1995.
I’ve taught Step,Aqua,Circuits, Abs,
Stretch &Toning. I’m also gym instructor, and Senior Fitness leader qualified.
I presently teach Seniors 50+ and Aqua, and love to make exercise and fitness a daily priority in my life .
The music I use for my classes is a key element that I love.
In addition, I feel it’s important and enjoyable to help people develop their fitness, strength and well being.
In my spare time I jog, workout in the gym, and join in a class or two.
I also ski in the Alps in the winter and cycle locally in the summer.
